As a registered investment advisor in the state of Florida, New York and New Jersey we operate with the same fiduciary responsibilities as a traditional financial advisor.
We offer different investment strategies that provide exposure to a diversified set of tokens across industries and use cases such as Decentralized Finance, Layer 1, Smart Contracts, and Web3/Metaverse.
Digital assets are securely held with our custodian Gemini. Gemini Trust Company, LLC is a New York trust company that is a fiduciary and subject to the capital reserve requirements, cybersecurity requirements, and banking compliance standards set forth by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) and the New York Banking Law.
Gemini is the first crypto exchange and custodian in the world to obtain SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications. These examinations were performed by Deloitte & Touche LLP.
